Write for us
We welcome pitches that explain a sporting skill, a thoughtful approach to practice, a movement idea, an equipment detail or a performance concept in a fresh, clear way.
What makes a good pitch
Suggest one focused subject, explain the reader question it answers and outline the central idea or advice. Strong proposals have a distinct angle, use plain language, identify where a claim needs qualification and do not depend on invented results, credentials or first-hand testing presented as fact.
What to send
Include a working title, a short summary, the intended category and a few lines about your relevant experience or interest. Disclose any relevant commercial connection. We consider original proposals and do not promise publication or a particular response time.
How to submit
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please do not send a complete commissioned-style article unless it has been requested.
Performance has a craft worth noticing.
A result is only one part of sport. We look at the skills, preparation and decisions that build the moments fans remember.
